Booking and Payment Information
A great guest experience is one that is seamless, comfortable, and effortless from beginning to end. To help you provide our guests with a 10 out of 10 experience, we’ve outlined some of the basic requirements for hiring the studio in our Hiring Policy. To maintain a swift hiring experience all booking that can’t meet the accorded hours must be cancelled with a 48 hs. notice.
Audiovisual recording depends on the tasks, the setting, and the goals of every client. All our contracts are agreed before hand and there’s a refundable bond as insurance that covers the time of the crew and the cost of any damage that the equipment could suffer during the recording session.
